This was a half day 5 mile walk on Thursday 15th December, in light winds and blue sky and winter sunshine.

Seventeen members met beside the Brunel statue in Neyland and walked up Westfield Pill past the Marina on the old railway track, before crossing the Pill at Westfield Crossing, and back down the eastern side on the Tir Gofal path.

Luxury home-made mince pies were (again) provided by Dorothy Phippard (Many thanks) at the coffee stop.

The group then proceeded in the direction of Burton, before branching in at Upper Milton and across farmland towards Barnlake. Thence back across the bridge and through Neyland Wood, back to the old Ferry Point.
