On Saturday 27th October, 6 intrepid ramblers met at Bedd Morris on the Preseli Hills braving the mist and drizzle to enjoy a medium length walk along the Gwaun Valley from Pontfaen to Llanerch.
It was sheltered under the trees and the autumn leaves were magnificent.
From Llanerch the party followed the bridleway and footpath onto the northern preselis passing Carn Edward which loomed out of the mist, returning along the footpath to the north of Sychbant woods.
Despite the weather everyone enjoyed what had been an interesting and scenic walk.
The Pembrokeshire Ramblers' Group was first formed in 1972 and has grown into a flourishing and friendly association of walkers and extend a warm welcome to visitors in this beautiful part of Wales.
