Joyce Congratulates 'Great Ambassador' Calzaghe

Joyce Watson AM paid tribute to Joe Calzaghe on his historic victory against Bernard Hopkins.
The Labour Assembly Member for Mid and West Wales said:
“Not only is Joe Calzaghe a great sportsman, he is also a great ambassador for Wales.
“I was so proud to see him, and to see Tom Jones singing in Welsh in Las Vegas.
“When I had the good fortune to meet Joe Calzaghe he was friendly and down to earth. He made time for everyone, and shared my enthusiasm for youth sports.
“He is a great role model for the next generation and I wish him well for the future.”
