Burns Delighted at Electric Shock Collar Ban

South Pembrokeshire AM Angela Burns is delighted that the Welsh Assembly Government is to ban electric shock dog collars .
Wales is set to become the first country in the UK to ban the devices and now animal welfare groups hope that Scotland and England will follow the example.
